Setting Out Surveys
Upon obtaining planning permission, the next stage of the process is to have your building and boundaries set out correctly on site.
PAS supply a Setting Out Service in order to prepare the site for the arrival of developers who will then use this information to position walls, boundaries, manholes, drains etc correctly on the ground.
PAS use state of the art setting out instruments such as the Leica 1200 and the smaller but no less efficient Leica TR307 to locate set out points on site.
This information is then processed through sophisticated computer software packages such as LISCAD and Leica Geo Office Tools to provide the client with the correct information to move the project to the construction stage.
