After a dwelling or commercial structure has been built, it is usually required that the property be submitted to the Land Registry for approval under Registration of Title Act 1964.
The actual registration is usually carried out by an individual's solicitor but before a solicitor can register a property with the Land Registry in Ireland, he/she will require an original Ordnance Survey Map with all registered property delineated thereon to submit to the Land Registry for approval.
PAS Surveying & Design Services carry out the marking up of these Ordinance Survey Maps and provide this service in-house so there is no need for our clients to hire an external professional to assemble and submit such material.
Once the maps have been drafted and delineated by PAS, they are then passed to the client's solicitor for submission to the Land Registry, together with other relevant documents, for final approval.
