Percolation Tests
Site Assessments and Percolation Tests are required where a dwelling has no access to a mains sewage disposal system.
Dwellings in this situation must dispose of effluent to either a Septic Tank or a modern alternative such as a Mechanical Aeration System.
All Local Authorities in Ireland require that applications for rural houses with no access to mains sewage systems must carry out a Site Assessment for Suitability of an On-site Effluent Treatment System.
PAS Surveying & Design Services are fully qualified to carry out the aforementioned tests and provide a Site Assessor in-house so there is no need for our clients to hire an external Assessor to examine Site Suitability.
As with the Site Surveying, this factor is worked into our pricing scheme and as a result it saves the client the cost of hiring an external Assessor.
