Building Surveys
Building Surveys can be required for a number of reasons by prospective clients.
A client may wish to renovate and existing building, add an extension to an existing building or simply may want to possess accurate plans of their dwelling. If a client wishes to carry out any of the above, a Building Survey must be carried out.
PAS Building Surveys consist of a site visit to the structure to be surveyed, measuring and accurately recording the various dimensions of the building in question and drafting the resultant information into a drawing for delivery to the client.
PAS Surveying & Design Services provide the above service to prospective clients and employ up to date laser measuring instruments such as the Leica Disto as well as more traditional aids such as tapes and digital cameras to accurately record information for drafting.
