When a Planning Application of any kind is submitted to a Local Authority a Site Survey showing the correct Site Boundaries together with Levels & Contours must also be submitted with the Application.
Normal Practice for an Architectural Company when they have designed a building is to contact a Surveyor who will carry out the Site Survey on behalf of the client.
PAS Surveying & Design Services provide a Surveying service in-house so there is no need for our clients to hire an external Surveyor.
